of ICM implementations. We have specific experience of implementing one of the
most complex ICM systems in Europe, integrating three physical call centres into
one virtual call centre. Two of these call centres were provided to the customer
on an outsourced basis and one of them was in India. The solution handled over
100,000 calls per day and had up to 1000 concurrent agents. NonZero provided
project management expertise to the client to manage their relationship with
their chosen systems integrator.
