NonZero can supply specialist consultants to assist in the project management of ICM implementations. We have specific experience of implementing one of the most complex ICM systems in Europe, integrating three physical call centres into one virtual call centre. Two of these call centres were provided to the customer on an outsourced basis and one of them was in India. The solution handled over 100,000 calls per day and had up to 1000 concurrent agents. NonZero provided project management expertise to the client to manage their relationship with their chosen systems integrator.

In addition through our associate companies we can provide specialist staff with strategic, technical, design, testing and programme office experience to help ensure the success of any ICM implementation from the client perspective.

We have over 15 years IT experience, and can also provide resource to assist with general IT interim and project management, having worked within the highest levels of UK corporates.
